  • Job Description: The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in land sales and property management. The role involves promoting, acquiring rental properties for management, selling land, managing client relationships and conducting activations to increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a passion for real estate sales and management, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Basic computer knowledge is required for updating sales and property records, generating reports, and maintaining accurate client databases.

    Key Responsibilities
    · Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, including land sales and property management services.
    • Identify and engage property owners interested in professional management services.
    • Pitch the agency's solutions to landlords and real estate investors.
    • Negotiate and secure property management agreements to expand the company’s portfolio.
    • Conduct market research to identify high-demand rental properties and investment opportunities.
    • Actively promote and sell land to potential buyers through direct marketing, networking, and referrals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other key stakeholders.
    • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and provide detailed property information.
    • Meet and exceed set sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

    Marketing & Brand Promotion
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events to generate leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and online content.
    • Represent the company at real estate expos, networking events, and other marketing initiatives.
    • Educate potential clients about available land properties and investment opportunities.

    Client Relationship Management
    • Follow up with leads, answer client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Offer guidance to potential buyers regarding property pricing, legal processes, and market trends.
    • Assist clients in completing purchase agreements and lease contracts.
    • Address any client concerns and provide after-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.

    Reporting & Record Keeping
    •Update the sales system with new client information, transactions, and follow-up notes.
    • Generate and submit regular sales reports detailing leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights for sales strategies.
    • Ensure all client documents and agreements are accurately filed and recorded.

    Qualifications and Experience
    · Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    · Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a similar role.
    · Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    · Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
    · Ability to conduct property site visits and activations.
    · Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, or sales tracking tools).
