Job Description: What You’ll Do
-Create and post compelling content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook from trending Reels to behind-the-scenes storytelling at shoots.
-Develop and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
Write engaging, on-brand captions and oversee daily Instagram Stories.
-Capture, edit, and optimize content for campaigns, product launches, and paid ads.
-Monitor industry trends and craft innovative campaigns that keep the company ahead of the curve.
Support marketing initiatives, sales campaigns, and brand activations with fresh, high-quality content.
-Manage influencer and PR collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, and coordination.
Participate in in-store and outdoor shoots, assisting with styling and content creation.
Track performance, analyze insights, and refine content strategies to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
-Engage actively with the company community (DMs, comments, and client interactions) to build relationships and loyalty.
About You
-2–3+ years’ proven experience in social media management (experience with fashion or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage).
-A strong creative eye with the ability to take content from concept to polished execution.
Skilled in creating TikTok and Instagram content that resonates and trends.
-Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to communicate in a consistent, elegant brand voice.
Proficient in editing and design tools such as CapCut, InShot, and Canva (photography/videography skills are a plus).
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Nairobi and available for regular in-person shoots.
Self-motivated, innovative, and eager to bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table.
