Job Title: Human Resource Officer/Consultant
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
✦ Serve as the primary HR advisor to assigned client organizations, offering guidance on HR best practices, employment law, organizational development, and employee relations.
Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, structures, and policies tailored to client needs.
Conduct HR audits and develop action plans to close identified gaps.
Design, facilitate, and evaluate HR and soft skills training programs for client employees and managers.
Manage end-to-end HR operations for multiple clients including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and exit processes.
Handle sensitive employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Draft and issue HR documents including employment contracts, HR manuals, job descriptions, and performance improvement plans.
Monitor HR compliance for each client, ensuring adherence to Kenyan labor laws and relevant regulations.
Regularly generate and present HR reports to client leadership.
Partner with client management teams to identify talent gaps and recommend appropriate workforce planning strategies.
Guide clients on organizational change, culture transformation, and staff engagement initiatives.
Provide on-site support at client offices and represent Sustenir HR in professional, competent, and results-oriented manner.
