  • Job Description: The Experiential & Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of all trade marketing, activations, experiential campaigns, and field marketing initiatives for Eminent Brands Limited. This role exists to protect delivery quality, margins, and timelines for complex, people- and logistics-heavy campaigns.

    Core Responsibilities
    Trade & Experiential Delivery
    - Lead end-to-end execution of trade marketing activities including in-store activations, promotions, roadshows, and consumer engagements
    - Manage promoters, field teams, supervisors, and activation staff
    - Oversee events, launches, brand experiences, and experiential campaigns
    - Ensure activations meet brand standards, client KPIs, and legal/regulatory requirements
    Operations, Logistics & Vendor Management
    - Source, brief, and manage activation vendors, staffing agencies, logistics partners, and equipment suppliers
    - Develop and manage detailed activation budgets and cost controls
    - Conduct site recces, route planning, and execution schedules
    - Ensure asset tracking, storage, and redeployment
    Internal Collaboration & Governance
    - Work closely with the Business Development & Growth Lead during feasibility and costing stages
    - Partner with the Account & Operations Executive for client updates and reporting
    - Coordinate with Finance on reconciliations, payroll for promoters, and vendor payments
    - Flag risks, scope changes, and cost overruns early
    Reporting & Documentation
    - Prepare activation reports, photos, videos, attendance logs, and KPI summaries
    - Maintain accurate execution documentation and reconciliation files
    - Support post-campaign reviews and learnings

    Key Performance Indicators
    - ≥95% of activations delivered on time and as approved
    - ≤5% budget variance on experiential campaigns
    - ≥90% client satisfaction on trade and experiential work
    - Zero major compliance or brand guideline breaches

    Qualifications & Experience
    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Operations, or related field
    - 4–6 years’ experience in trade marketing, experiential marketing, or field operations
    - Proven experience managing promoters and large-scale activations
    - Strong logistics, budgeting, and people-management skills
