    About the Role
    As the E-commerce Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online sales channels.
    You will oversee website operations, execute digital marketing campaigns and ensure a seamless customer journey from click to checkout. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling a dynamic retail brand.

    Key Responsibilities
    ● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the E-commerce website(s), ensuring a smooth and
    engaging user experience.
    ● Update product listings, pricing, images, and promotions in line with marketing objectives.
    ● Implement and monitor SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
    ● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid
    advertising platforms.
    ● Analyze web analytics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize conversions.
    ● Collaborate with design, operations, and inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy and promotional alignment.
    ● Manage customer support queries related to online orders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    ● Stay ahead of E-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements
    ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
    ● Minimum 3+ years of experience in E-commerce and digital marketing.
    ● Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, and digital marketing tools (Google
    Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
    ● Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other E-commerce platforms.
    ● Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.), and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    ● Excellent communication and project management abilities.
