Job Description: Our client runs a high-end car customization shop offering services such as vinyl wraps, window tint & facelift, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and car detailing. They’re passionate about precision, creativity, and customer satisfaction — and they’re looking for a reliable and car-savvy individual to manage both the front desk and their digital presence.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate is both customer-oriented and digitally skilled, with a strong understanding of car care or prior experience in the automotive service industry. This role blends reception duties with hands-on social media management to ensure every client, online or in-person, has a premium experience.
Key Responsibilities Reception & Customer Service
•Greet walk-in clients and respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
•Schedule appointments and communicate timelines with technicians.
•Provide basic information about car customization services and pricing.
•Process payments, issue receipts, and keep accurate customer records.
•Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
•Conduct client follow-ups for reviews, repeat bookings, and referrals.
•Assist in inventory tracking and ordering of front-desk supplies.
Social Media Management
•Capture and share photo/video content (e.g., before/after shots, reels, time-lapses).
•Create engaging posts and stories across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
•Respond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries promptly
•Use tools like Canva, InShot, or CapCut to edit content.
•Track engagement and suggest improvements to boost online visibility.
•Collaborate with the team to promote seasonal offers and events.
Requirements
•Proven experience in a car-related business (car wash, garage, detailing, dealership, or similar).
•Strong understanding of car customization or vehicle aesthetics
•2+ years’ experience in customer service, reception, or social media management.
•Confident using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X & WhatsApp Business.
•Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Basic photo/video editing and content creation skills
•Professional appearance, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
•Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•Photography or creative content background is a bonus.
•Passionate about the automotive industry and staying updated on trends.
