Job Description: -Develop and refine overall marketing strategy to align with business objectives and growth targets.
-Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
-Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
-Guide the social media manager and content team to ensure campaigns are cohesive and results-driven.
-Create strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
-Collaborate on product launches, brand activations, and seasonal campaigns to maximize impact.
-Provide data-driven recommendations by tracking and analyzing marketing performance.
Identify and manage influencer partnerships, PR opportunities, and collaborations.
-Offer ongoing consultation to ensure remains innovative, competitive, and ahead of industry trends.
About You
-2–4+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
-Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving growth through innovative marketing.
-Deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
-Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and turn them into actionable strategies.
-Well-connected within the marketing/PR landscape is a plus.
-Based in Nairobi with availability for in-person meetings, store visits, and campaign events.
