Job Description:
1. Customer Engagement & Service
Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Listen to customers’ needs and recommend products that match their preferences, size, and budget.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized styling advice and attentive follow-up.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
3. Store Presentation & Merchandising
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
Replenish stock on display and ensure all items are properly tagged and priced.
Support the visual team in executing seasonal displays and promotional setups.
4. Operations & Reporting
Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and product returns.
Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback summaries for management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (a background in Fashion or Retail is an added advantage).
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a drive to achieve results.
