  • Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
    ✦ Serve as the primary HR advisor to assigned client organizations, offering guidance on HR best practices, employment law, organizational development, and employee relations.
    Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, structures, and policies tailored to client needs.
    Conduct HR audits and develop action plans to close identified gaps.
    Design, facilitate, and evaluate HR and soft skills training programs for client employees and managers.
    Manage end-to-end HR operations for multiple clients including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and exit processes.
    Handle sensitive employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    Draft and issue HR documents including employment contracts, HR manuals, job descriptions, and performance improvement plans.
    Monitor HR compliance for each client, ensuring adherence to Kenyan labor laws and relevant regulations.
    Regularly generate and present HR reports to client leadership.
    Partner with client management teams to identify talent gaps and recommend appropriate workforce planning strategies.
    Guide clients on organizational change, culture transformation, and staff engagement initiatives.
    Provide on-site support at client offices and represent Sustenir HR in professional, competent, and results-oriented manner.
