Job Title: Business Development & Growth Executive
Job Description: The Business Development & Growth Executi is responsible for driving new revenue growth for Eminent Brands Limited. This role owns the end-to-end commercial pipeline including prospecting, pitching, pricing, negotiations, and deal closure, while ensuring all opportunities are feasible, profitable, and aligned with the agency’s operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities – Growth & Revenue
- Own and deliver new business revenue targets
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Identify new clients, sectors, and partnerships
- Lead pitches, proposals, and negotiations
- Protect agency margins and pricing integrity Key Responsibilities – Commercial Strategy
- Develop go-to-market strategies by sector
- Identify retainer and long-term partnership opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Shape Eminent Brands’ commercial positioning
Internal Collaboration & Handover
- Work with Operations to validate feasibility and costing before proposals
- Conduct structured handovers to Account & Operations teams post-closure
- Remain involved during onboarding to ensure commercial intent is preserved
Key Performance Indicators
- New revenue closed (monthly/quarterly)
- Pipeline value (minimum 3x revenue target)
- Proposal win rate (30–40%)
- Average deal margin achieved
- Zero scope disputes post-handover
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years experience in business development or agency sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Compensation Structure
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based commission tied to margin and delivery quality
- Commission payable only after client payment and clean handover
